IT Project Mgr

Responsibilities

• Cook up actions related to our rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization.
• Plan, organize, and communicate tasks related to the rollout activities and timelines.
• Track and synthesize detailed project information from multiple sources, formatting for executive-level reporting.
• Manage coordination with external vendors to ensure milestone and timeline adherence.
• Partner with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal facilities teams to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong project coordination skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple input streams, engage with engineers, and communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms.
• This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to present to large audiences including executive levels, high attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
