IT Project Manager IV
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale application development initiative supporting a new Revenue Management pricing platform. This role will manage project planning, execution, financial oversight, resource coordination, risk management, and executive reporting while working closely with development teams and senior leadership.
Required
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise application development projects.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Project.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar project budgets.
- Prioritization of work and ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience presenting project status, financials, and executive updates to senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk mitigation.
Preferred
- PMP Certification.
- Experience supporting Revenue Management or Pricing platforms.
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise application development project.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Oversee multimillion-dollar project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Cook up cross-functional development teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide regular project status updates and executive presentations to senior leadership.
- Manage project resources and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Monitor project health through reporting, governance, and performance metrics.
- Support strategic technology initiatives and continuous process improvements.
