IT Project Manager – AV Install

Summary

The Ash Group is hiring an IT Project Manager - AV Install (24519) for a 12-month contract at a global leader in defense, aerospace, and security located in Westminster, CO (Hybrid).

Role Details

Compensation: Up to $60/hr W2

• Lead the IT project for full campus AV installation.

• Collaborate with IT leadership and customers to prioritize the project portfolio.
• Provide project execution leadership, ensuring adherence to methodology and compliance.
• Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout lifecycles.
• Deliver critical status updates to stakeholders on portfolio alignment and performance.
• Maintain a stakeholder matrix including IT, internal organization, and program leadership.
• Audit and resolve high-priority project risks.
• Support IT and organization strategy using change-management techniques.
• Establish effective working relationships across departments and units.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or HS diploma with 6+ years.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate an IT project portfolio and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with infrastructure builds, application deployment, and network optimization.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, positive, and enthusiastic.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and ITIL concepts.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Ability to scope, manage, execute, and deliver complex projects on time.
• PMP certification preferred; CSM considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
