Responsibilities
- Coordinates IT project management activities, resources, equipment, and information related to the delivery of products, platforms, or services to agencies and the public.
- Provides IT advice, assistance and training to customers who manage the development, production, and sustainment of systems.
- Collaborate with other IT Specialists and contractors in the analysis and development of future software design and programming techniques.
- Develops comprehensive information on the system data inputs, outputs, and related (IT) concerns.
