IT Project Manager

About the Role

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering IT projects that support business objectives and strategic initiatives. This role manages projects of moderate to high complexity, coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with quality expectations.

The IT Project Manager develops and maintains project plans, manages scope, schedule, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements, while providing regular status reporting and executive communication. The role facilitates decision-making, drives accountability across project teams, ensures adherence to IT PMO governance processes and standards, and supports portfolio visibility through accurate project data, financial tracking, and reporting.

This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience managing both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities, including project plans, budget, and resource estimates.
• Scope and define requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables through all project phases, including cross-functional, cross-geographic, and complex projects.
• Create collaborative project plans and delivery schedules.
• Manage project resources in a cross-functional global environment.
• Oversee budget management.
• Deliver effective communication strategies from project team members to stakeholders and provide status reports.
• Manage and mitigate project risks.
• Work with IT subject matter experts and business stakeholders to provide high-level cost estimates for projects.
• Create project plans and perform status reporting.
• Manage project resources and task completion.
• Provide technical support for testing, production issues, and implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience solving complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Works independently with minimal guidance.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
• Resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
• Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff.

Schedule

Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required in-office days at the Panorama Office site; Monday and Friday work from home.

Pay

Annual hiring range: $102,900.00 - $127,655.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
