Responsibilities
- Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
- Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Maintain structured project documentation, including charters, plans, briefings, risk registers, change requests, and executive status reports.
- Monitor progress against baselines and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependency conflicts across multiple enterprise workstreams.
- Ensure all project actions comply with DoD cybersecurity, accreditation, and configuration management requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and leadership, translating complex technical considerations into clear operational impacts.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Clearance: TS/SCI
- Managing multiple, complex, technical projects
- Planning and estimating work requirements
- Familiarity with DoD lifecycle processes, requirements management frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrate experience creating or managing enterprise implementation plans for large technical deployments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networks, service integration, incident/service management, and secure IT operations.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
- DOD 8140 IAT II (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND)
