In this dynamic role within our Information Technology department, you’ll combine project leadership with hands-on technology expertise to deliver secure, reliable, and business-aligned solutions that support our continued growth and community impact. Responsibilities
- Lead internal IT projects from initiation through completion, including effective coordination with vendors.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between business departments, IT teams, and third-party partners to ensure projects deliver real business value.
- Manage timelines, testing, implementation, and clear documentation.
- Drive business process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and the customer/employee experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive IT experience.
- Proven ability to lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
- Solid working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication and documentation skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or other regulated environments.
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft Planner for project management.
- Familiarity with Intune, security tools, or PowerShell.
- Experience with SharePoint Online intranet implementation.
- Enthusiasm for AI assistants and modern productivity tools.
