IT Project Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business challenges, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing processes within a structured framework. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations for solutions.
- Gather, clarify, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with goals.
- Facilitate business design sessions and blueprinting to shape future state processes, tools, and systems.
- Identify automation opportunities and stay current with modern IT tools and capabilities.
- Collaborate with business and development teams on new features and updates, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure prototypes meet project requirements.
- Provide data quality assessments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system design decisions.
- Monitor and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) for critical processes and projects.
- Review and recommend improvements for existing reports and metrics to enhance efficiency.
- Perform project management tasks, including scope, time, and quality management, where applicable.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0 - 1 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or related domains, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in data analytics and mining tools.
- Experience with reporting tools and frameworks.

Pay
Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $83,560.00 - 117,970.00 USD. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
This role follows Shift 1 (United States of America) and is eligible for Intel's hybrid work model, which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
