IT Project Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Project Financial Management & Reporting: Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and portfolio financial reporting.
- Resource Time Tracking & Capacity: Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits.
- PMO Operations & Governance: Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities.
- Process Compliance & Audits: Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities.
- Templates & Continuous Improvement: Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards.
- Smartsheet Administration: Serve as PMO Smartsheet Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong accounting and financial management skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function
- Experience in regulated environments
- Smartsheet user or administration experience
