We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract content: Who We Are: description of TWC, location, family friendly, etc. That could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about organization, not role. Could map to "About the role"? Usually "About the role" describes the position. But we have "Who You Are" and "What You Will Do". So we can create sections: About the role (maybe combine Who We Are and Who You Are?). But guidelines: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections we have content for. We have: - About the role: maybe "Who We Are" and "Who You Are" combined? Actually "Who You Are" describes desired candidate traits. That could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". "Who We Are" is about organization; could be "About the role"? Not exactly but we could treat as "About the role" describing the team and environment. Might be okay. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" and "What You Will Be Trusted To Do" list duties. - Requirements: maybe "You Are a Great Fit If You Have" list of skills/knowledge. - Qualifications: "You Qualify With Program Specialist IV: ..." and "Program Specialist V: ..." plus experience. - Skills: maybe "Organizational & Analytical Mastery", "Fiscal Mindset", "Texas State IT Procurement Knowledge", "Preferred Certification". Could be under Skills. - Benefits: "You Gain A Family Friendly Certified Workplace ..." list of benefits. - Pay: "Competitive starting salary: $5,000 – $6,000/month" - Schedule: not mentioned; we should not include Schedule section if not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we need to strip out the visa sponsorship lines, the "How To Apply" section, the "In compliance with federal law..." etc. Also remove "Veterans Use your military skills..." maybe that's not boilerplate? It's a benefit? Might be considered extra info but not required. It's not a standard heading; we could keep as part of Benefits? It's about veterans; maybe keep as part of Benefits? But it's not a standard benefit; could be considered extra. Safer to drop it as it's not clearly a benefit; but it's not boilerplate. However guidelines: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The veterans line is not boilerplate; it's extra info. Could keep under Benefits or maybe as a separate section? Not a standard heading; we could incorporate into Benefits as a bullet. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting except those removed. Let's extract substantive info: Who We Are: - Texas Workforce Commission connects people with careers across the state. - Based in Austin on the north lawn of the Texas State Capitol, offices statewide. - Family Friendly Certified Workplace with great work-life balance, competitive salaries, extensive opportunities for training and development, fantastic benefits. - Position based at 1411 Brazos Street, Austin, TX, in the Information Technology Division. - TWC is not considering applications from individuals who require sponsorship for an employment visa, now or in the future, for this position. (This is boilerplate? It's a restriction; but it's about visa sponsorship. Might be considered legal/EEO? It's a restriction; but guidelines say remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is a visa sponsorship restriction; could be considered similar to EEO? Might be considered legal. Safer to remove? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is a legal restriction about visa sponsorship; likely considered legal boilerplate. So we should remove that line. Also later repeated again in How To Apply; we will remove both. - You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. (This is also a requirement; not boilerplate; it's a substantive requirement. Keep.) Who You Are: - You are a highly organized IT professional and a dedicated team player who can work in a high-volume environment. - You will join a tight-knit, three-person IT team where collaboration is key. - We rely on each other to meet deadlines, solve problems, and share the workload. - While teamwork is central to our success, you must also be able to work independently with considerable latitude for independent decisions. - If you are a self-starter who enjoys working closely with others while priding yourself on autonomous accuracy and reliability, you will thrive here. You Are a Great Fit If You Have: - Organizational & Analytical Mastery: You thrive in a high-volume environment by independently organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple assignments simultaneously without missing a deadline. Also, you can compare this position to military occupations (MOS) at the Texas State Auditor's Office by pasting this link into your browser: https://hr.sao.texas.gov/Compensation/MilitaryCrosswalk/MOSC_ProgramManagement.pdf" This is substantive info about veterans; we could keep under Benefits maybe as a bullet. It's not a standard benefit but it's info. We'll keep as a bullet under Benefits. Now we need to output HTML with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also "Schedule" not present. We need to decide mapping: - About the role: Could combine Who We Are (organization) and Who You Are (desired traits) maybe? But Who You Are is more about candidate traits; could go under Requirements or Qualifications. However we have separate Requirements and Qualifications sections. Let's assign: About the role: description of the team, location, work environment (Family Friendly Certified Workplace, location, team size). That's from Who We Are (excluding visa line) plus maybe the team description from Who You Are? Actually Who You Are includes team description. We'll keep About the role as: Texas Workforce Commission connects people with careers across the state. Based in Austin on the north lawn of the Texas State Capitol, offices statewide. Family Friendly Certified Workplace with great work-life balance, competitive salaries, extensive opportunities for training and development, fantastic benefits. Position based at 1411 Brazos Street, Austin, TX, in the Information Technology Division. You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. (Keep residency requirement.) Responsibilities: combine What You Will Do and What You Will Be Trusted To Do (the bullet list). We'll produce a
with items. Requirements: maybe the "You Are a Great Fit If You Have" list (Organizational & Analytical Mastery, Fiscal Mindset, Texas State IT Procurement Knowledge, Preferred Certification, Certification). That's more like skills/requirements. Could be Requirements. Qualifications: the experience requirements (Program Specialist IV/V) and academic credits. Skills: maybe we could split out the certifications as Skills? But we already have Requirements covering those. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But guidelines: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have enough content for each. We could map: - About the role (as above) - Responsibilities (duties) - Requirements (You Are a Great Fit If You Have) - Qualifications (Program Specialist IV/V experience) - Skills (maybe we could put certifications here, but we already have them in Requirements; maybe we move certifications to Skills and keep Requirements as Organizational & Analytical Mastery, Fiscal Mindset, Texas State IT Procurement Knowledge). Let's do that. Thus: Requirements: Organizational & Analytical Mastery, Fiscal Mindset, Texas State IT Procurement Knowledge. Skills: Preferred Certification (CTCM or ability to obtain within 6 months), Certification (CTCD or ability to obtain within 12 months). Qualifications: Program Specialist IV/V experience and academic credits. Benefits: list of benefits (Family Friendly Certified Workplace, collaborative team, competitive salary, Defined Retirement Benefit Plan, Optional 401(k) and 457 accounts, Medical Insurance, Paid time off, Additional
