Responsibilities

• Work with capital management firms (likely venture capital, private equity, or hedge funds).
• Focus on meeting the IT operational needs of your assigned client(s).
• Solve interesting, important challenges in collaboration with teammates who have a passion for technology and helping people.

Requirements

• Should have:
• Experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with data analytics tools.

Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus a quarterly incentive pay program.
