IT Program Manager
Job Summary
Provide senior-level leadership for a large-scale information security program, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Lead and coordinate multiple related projects (portfolio management) across IT Helpdesk, Data Center, Networking, and Information Security domains. Establish and manage program governance, decision-making processes, accountability structures, and escalation paths. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, milestone plans, and implementation strategies. Oversee and manage program budgets, resource allocation, financial forecasting, and vendor coordination. Identify and mitigate technical, operational, security, and organizational risks; analyze project interdependencies and implement corrective actions. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive sponsors. Track and report on deliverables, decisions, issues, risks, and action items to ensure program transparency and momentum. Produce and present regular program status updates, recommendations, and decision points to senior leadership. Utilize program management tools, dashboards, and documentation best practices for program tracking and reporting.
