IT Product Manager - Contract Management

Location: 7070 American Veterans Pkwy, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130. Hybrid schedule (2 days/week onsite) if within commutable distance. Remote candidates considered in OH (if outside commutable distance), PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, WI, AL, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, NE, SC, SD, or NC. Visa sponsorship not available.

About the role

Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is seeking a Product Manager to advance our next-generation, agentic, exception-based revenue cycle solution. You will serve as the primary owner of Contract Management, driving the evolution of our capabilities in reimbursement accuracy and automated exception handling. You will also influence and support a range of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to shape product vision into high-value solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform research to inform product strategy (market, competitive, sales, clients, users, etc.).
• Prioritize features in the backlog, taking into account key factors (e.g., new revenue, revenue retention, cost reduction, etc.).
• Define feature-level requirements, including acceptance criteria.
• Define KPIs to measure success (e.g., reimbursement accuracy, reduced manual effort, throughput targets).
• Engage in cross-company initiatives.
• Help drive in-sprint work in collaboration with Product Owner and Scrum Master.
• Develop value-based pricing and packaging strategies.
• Develop scalable strategies to transition clients from current state to goal state solution, including creating tools and conducting training sessions.
• Drive the adoption of your products through personal effort and/or creating tools for Marketing, Sales, Client Services, and Support.
• Support the business development and sales process through demo-support and onsite visits.
• Manage relationships with related vendor(s).

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle including Contract & AR Management.
• Experience in business analysis or in an agile software environment preferred (3+ years).
• Strong technical skills – ability to understand how systems/applications work.
• Comfortable speaking in public to small and large groups.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to set and follow priorities.
• Effective time management.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Travel to client sites as required (<5% typical).
