Contract Manager, IT

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Contract Manager for IT products.

Responsibilities

• Provide contracting expertise to draft, interpret, and negotiate quality, minimal risk contracts for BJC Health System.
• With support from BJC attorneys and Senior/Lead Contract Managers, negotiate or renegotiate commercial and legal terms and conditions with third parties.
• Manage the Sourcing portfolio expiring contracts calendar and new contract requests, overseeing compliance of contracts within company policies and all contractual processes.
• Draft, interpret, and evaluate contract language with minimal deviation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• No supervisory experience required
