Its mission is to help organizations make the most of the AI moment. About The Role Flexzo is seeking an IT Manager to support and strengthen the technology foundation of its AI-first operations. In this role, you will oversee internal infrastructure, security, systems, and technical operations so that a distributed team can work effectively and securely. You will help select and manage the tools that support collaboration, AI development, and everyday business processes. This position suits an adaptable technical leader who can balance hands-on problem-solving with sound operational judgment. You will work across engineering, strategy, and growth teams, translating business needs into reliable technical solutions. Flexzo expects team members to use AI tools as part of their daily work. In this role, that may include assisting with troubleshooting, scripting, infrastructure monitoring, security reviews, and quality assurance. This is a fully remote position. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, including holidays, with a rotating weekend schedule. Candidates may be located in countries including the Philippines, India, Pakistan, and South Africa. Qualifications Candidates should have three to seven years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations. You should be comfortable managing cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiar with security practices, identity and access management, and automated business systems. Strong scripting or automation skills, including experience with Python or Shell, are important. You should be able to assess technical needs, prioritize work in a fast-moving environment, and communicate clearly with both technical colleagues and nontechnical leaders. Experience using AI tools to improve the speed and quality of routine technical work is expected. Familiarity with AI implementation engineering or software development is an advantage. Experience with Google Workspace, Figma, Canva, or similar collaboration and document management tools is also helpful. Responsibilities Design, administer, and maintain cloud environments, internal systems, and SaaS tools that support the company’s operations and AI work. Establish and oversee security protocols that protect company systems, proprietary workflows, and sensitive client information. Maintain identity and access controls, review security practices, and help ensure systems are configured responsibly. Identify opportunities to automate internal processes, business solutions, and CRM or CMS workflows, reducing repetitive manual work. Use AI tools appropriately to support troubleshooting, monitoring, scripting, security reviews, and quality checks. Manage hardware and software procurement, deployment, maintenance, and inventory for a global remote workforce. Provide responsive technical support, document processes, and recommend improvements that make systems more reliable and efficient. Partner with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to align technical decisions with company priorities. Benefits The advertised annual base salary is USD $8,000–$15,000, with a potential annual performance bonus of 0–50% of base salary. Compensation depends on experience, demonstrated skills, and performance.
