About the role
Provide contracting expertise to draft, interpret, and negotiate quality, minimal risk contracts for BJC Health System.
Responsibilities
- With support from BJC attorneys and Senior/Lead Contract Managers, negotiate or renegotiate commercial and legal terms and conditions with third parties.
- Manage the Sourcing portfolio expiring contracts calendar and new contract requests, overseeing the compliance of contracts within company policies and all contractual processes and actions.
- Draft, interpret, and evaluate contract language with minimal deviation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Supervisor experience not required
