IT Process Specialist

As an IT Process Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping and improving the business processes that drive our organization. Leveraging your SAP expertise, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, standardize, and continuously enhance end-to-end processes, helping create efficient, scalable solutions that support business growth. Responsibilities

• Supporting processes and applications (focus in SAP) in North America
• Supporting implementation and training for SAP modules and related applications
• Supporting rollouts of SAP in North America as part of the international SAP Team
• Developing relationships and working closely with relevant stakeholders both business and IT to evaluate and interpret business requirements
• Representing/leading discussions related to process and application
• Participating in testing of new functionality as well as regression testing for new rollouts and new functionality
• Coordinating and conducting implementation tasks
• Supporting super users with daily problems, also across different departments
• Close collaboration with regional process managers
• Regional process and data flow improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Very good knowledge of SAP (SD, FI, CO)
• Excellent communication skills
• High motivation and high-quality standards
• Strong knowledge in integrated processes
• Has an understanding of how to proceed systematically/methodically

Qualifications

• Project Lead experience is a plus
• Project Management expertise is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered an advantage
