IT Operations Specialist
About the Opportunity
Healthcare is a significant industry undergoing rapid digital transformation. Hospitals, digital health companies, and life sciences organizations rely on analytics and advertising tools to reach patients, measure performance, and grow. However, these tools were not designed for regulated healthcare data, creating compliance risks and forcing teams to choose between growth and privacy. This role addresses that trade-off by supporting a privacy-first data platform that helps healthcare organizations utilize modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information. The platform sits between a company’s website or app and third-party tools, automatically detecting and controlling sensitive data before it is shared. In essence, it enables healthcare teams to move fast, safely. The organization is backed by respected names in technology, including Y Combinator and Intel Capital, and has raised significant funding to build the privacy infrastructure layer for healthcare’s digital future.
