Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Operations Specialist to join their team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Technical Operations (TechOps) department supporting live, mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent documentation abilities, and practical experience in systems, networking, and operational workflows, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Operations Specialist Location: Scottsdale, AZ Pay Range: $52/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions to ensure seamless operations. Map technical processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies to optimize system performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to streamline workflows. Draft clear and comprehensive process documentation along with improvement recommendations. Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and action. What's Needed? Experience in NOC/SOC/Operations Center or an equivalent 24x7 support environment. Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms. Comfortable collaborating with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance operational workflows. Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities. Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking or systems administration, web application or infrastructure troubleshooting.
