IT Operations Specialist

What's the Job?

Shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions
Map technical processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to streamline workflows
Draft clear process documentation and provide improvement recommendations
Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What's Needed?

• Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking, or systems administration
• Experience in NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24x7 support environment is preferred
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms is a plus
