About the role
Onsite IT Operations Engineer responsible for providing comprehensive employee technology support, managing hardware and software issues across Linux, Windows, and Mac, and ensuring smooth onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
Key Duties
- Serve as the primary support contact for walk-up and helpdesk tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity problems
- Manage device provisioning and deprovisioning using Okta and JumpCloud
- Coordinate hardware requests
- Maintain IT asset inventory
- Support conference room technology
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years supporting office environments
- Experience with identity & access management (Okta)
- Experience with device management (JumpCloud)
- AV technology experience
- Networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving
- Excellent communication
- Proactive ownership
- A degree or equivalent experience is required
- FAA Part 107 certification encouraged
