IT Operations Engineer

Role: Onsite IT Operations Engineer responsible for providing comprehensive employee technology support, managing hardware and software issues across Linux, Windows, and Mac, and ensuring smooth onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes. Key Duties: Serve as the primary support contact for walk-up and helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and connectivity problems, manage device provisioning and deprovisioning using Okta and JumpCloud, coordinate hardware requests, maintain IT asset inventory, and support conference room technology. Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years supporting office environments, experience with identity & access management (Okta), device management (JumpCloud), AV technology, networking fundamentals, strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and proactive ownership. A degree or equivalent experience is required, with FAA Part 107 certification encouraged.
