IT Onsite Support Technician

In this role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining optimal workstation and LAN performance. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users by serving as the first point of on-site contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance.
- Research and answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and maintain workstation and LAN performance.
- Identify problems, research answers, and guide customers through corrective steps.
- Assist customers via phone, email, chat & on-site support.
- Be meticulous and analytical to accurately capture customer interactions and close out submitted trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Escalate and track issues that extend beyond on-site span of control or expertise.
- Manage onsite support tickets within the service level.
