About the role

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Mgr Proj Mgmt to join their dynamic and growing team. Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota. Job type: Contract. Salary: $29 - 39 per hour. Work hours: 8am to 5pm. Education: Bachelors.

Responsibilities

• Strong delivery management mindset with the ability to operate horizontally across teams without relying on direct authority.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, timelines and stakeholders at once.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping teams turn unclear, cross-functional work into structured plans, decisions and next steps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex delivery topics into concise, leadership-ready updates.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, resolve differences and encourage transparent communication across matrixed teams.
• Able to balance business needs, technical constraints, delivery realities and customer impact when helping teams make trade-offs.
• Comfortable participating in Agile ceremonies to understand progress, risks and blockers without taking over Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibilities.
• Proactive in identifying risks before they become issues and willing to escalate thoughtfully when decisions, resources or alignment are needed.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and looks for repeatable mechanisms that make delivery clearer, faster and more predictable over time.
• Collaborative, respectful and able to work effectively with remote or virtual teams.
