IT Contract & Vendor Management Leader: We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven leader for our IT Partnership Vendor Management team. This organization manages high-value, complex professional services and consulting engagements across our global IT organization. The portfolio interacts closely with technical and business stakeholders; however the primary focus of this role is commercial leadership, end-to-end contract lifecycle governance, proactive financial oversight, and robust relationship management. The ideal candidate will excel at translating complex requirements into optimized commercial frameworks, bridging the gap between business objectives, finance, legal, and external suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Develop software code.
- Analyze systems and applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, evaluating, and negotiating high-value Statements of Work (SOWs), master service agreements (MSAs), amendments, and contract renewals.
- Ensure that business prioritization, resource feasibility, and initial funding approvals are aligned internally.
- Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and IT and business owners to ensure that contract structures, delivery timelines, and performance-based SLAs protect organizational value and satisfy corporate gating processes.
- Monitor vendor compliance against contractual obligations and milestones across
