Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously from initiation through delivery, anticipating bottlenecks and helping remove external or cross-team obstacles.
• Cook up coordination across Product, Engineering, UX, Design, Content, Brand, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Security, enterprise platform teams and other partners to ensure work is aligned and moving toward shared outcomes.
• Partner with Product Leads and Product Managers to translate product strategy into coordinated, executable program plans, integrated roadmaps, release calendars and dependency maps.
• Support feature and initiative prioritization by helping teams understand consumer value, critical deadlines, capacity constraints, dependencies, risks and delivery trade-offs.
• Maintain visibility into initiative, feature and program-level backlog health, confirming priority work is ready, sequenced and connected to goals, OKRs, KPIs or enterprise priorities as appropriate.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, milestone risks and delivery blockers; maintain risk, issue and dependency tracking and escalate when decisions or support are needed.
• Create and maintain repeatable delivery mechanisms, status reporting templates, meeting cadences and execution tools that help teams communicate progress clearly and consistently.
• Provide concise program status updates to stakeholders and leaders, including milestone progress, risks, decisions needed, budget or vendor considerations and launch readiness.
• Cook up operational and release readiness across teams, including launch planning, go/no-go participation, content or platform readiness, analytics or compliance handoffs and post-launch issue resolution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and connective tissue across business, product, engineering and delivery teams, helping create clarity, reduce friction and improve delivery predictability.
