IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee technology operations in a large-scale, 24/7 workforce community setting. Key Responsibilities Include Managing network infrastructure, servers, hardware, and end-user technology across multiple buildings and departments.Supporting virtual and cloud environments, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring system security and reliability.Troubleshooting complex network issues, performing upgrades, and maintaining infrastructure hardware and software.Developing system documentation, overseeing technology projects, and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality service.Partnering with operational leaders to align technology solutions with business needs. Qualifications Progressive experience in IT operations, network infrastructure, systems administration, or related fields.Leadership experience as an IT or infrastructure manager supporting large, complex operations such as hotels, healthcare, or entertainment venues.Strong skills in enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, troubleshooting, project management, and IT security.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to support a 24/7 operation, including flexible scheduling for after-hours support.
