IT Manager

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own our internal IT function end to end. This is a broad, high-autonomy role: you'll run the systems the company depends on every day, lead a small team, and have real ownership over how IT operates. It begins as a contract engagement with the clear intent to convert to a permanent position. You'll be the U.S.-based owner of an IT environment spanning cloud SaaS, endpoints, identity and security, and colocated infrastructure and work alongside a capable systems-administration team. It's a great fit for a working manager who enjoys both the hands-on technical work and the ownership of running a function: someone who brings structure, sets priorities, and keeps everything running smoothly without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own administrative access across all systems and maintain strong credential hygiene (password vaulting, second-admin coverage on critical systems).
• DNS and domain registrar administration.
• Endpoint security tooling (Cynet EDR/XDR) — administration and alert monitoring.
• Google Workspace administration (including client-facing accounts).
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Zoom administration.
• Gong administration.
• Jira Service Desk administration.
• Oversight of Salesforce administration.
