IT Manager 9 month contract to hire Onsite 5 days per week Philadelphia, PA Salary:$100-120K About The Role We're filling a senior leadership position for a hands-on IT lead who will be the authority across our enterprise applications and infrastructure. Our environment spans on-premises and cloud (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud), and we need a well-rounded leader rather than a single-area specialist. You'll lead daily operations, assess our current setup, and recommend and build the team structure going forward. What You'll Do Lead daily IT support and operations across on-prem and multi-cloud environmentsOwn Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations on Azure, alongside Power Automate and Power BISupport connected operational systems, including warehouse management, transportation management, and driver systemsOversee Java-based, web-based, and open-source applicationsManage Microsoft 365, user access, and vendor relationshipsAssess team needs, then recommend and build the right structureCarry out planned after-hours maintenance and respond to critical after-hours incidents What You Bring Senior, hands-on experience leading IT operations in a hybrid environmentBroad working knowledge across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and on-prem infrastructureExperience supporting enterprise applications and managing vendorsProven ability to build and lead a teamComfort with planned and critical after-hours support Strongly Preferred Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform experience A plus Experience with WMS, TMS, or logistics and driver systems
