Working Conditions
High-volume, fast-paced office that handles wage claims and relies on computer systems to do so. May travel to assist other offices with support or training. The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
Special Requirements
- Describe your experience using computer systems, software applications, databases, or reporting tools to support business operations. Include specific examples of systems or software you have used (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, case management systems, or other business applications). Explain how you used these tools to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, solve problems, or support operational goals.
- Describe a specific example of when you trained staff, professionals, or stakeholders on a new or updated computer system, software application, process, or technology. Identify the system, your role in the training process, how you prepared and delivered training, how you addressed questions or challenges, and the outcome of your efforts.
