Key Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate IT functional needs with the Government IT office responsible for IT delivery to ensure stakeholders have the ability to access, enter, record, and retrieve data when needed
- Identify systemic IT issues, which impede recording/tracking requirements
- Recommend changes, interpret changes, and track status of Systems Interface Agreements, and other IT related documents for TAP software with HRC, Personnel Information Systems Directorate (PERSINS-D)
- Meet with various Government agencies (e.g. DOL,VA, and the SBA) to coordinate data sharing issues
- Support and participate in weekly meetings with Government representatives to coordinate and synchronize IT requirements to include TAP, webpage, social media, and knowledge management tools
- Review and provide analysis of automated reports and data provided by the Government
- Review, maintain, and update SOPs when affected by policy or system changes
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Training and Development, HR Management, Counseling, information systems, or a related field, with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to provide transition-related data retrieval, monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience tracking, reporting, and briefing on installation-level or program-level activities.
- Experience with marketing or outreach support and ability to assist with event logistics.
Required Experience
- U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a National Agency Check/background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TAPXXI, reporting dashboards, or knowledge management portals.
- Experience serving as an IT, reporting, or systems liaison in a government program environment.
