Responsibilities

• Review standard procedures, shadow help desk staff, and resolve low-risk tickets under supervision
• Review network diagrams, server infrastructure, backup and patch schedules, and document common network support tasks
• Review security policies, shadow monitoring activities, participate in a tabletop exercise, and summarize key controls
• Absorb account provisioning, observe maintenance activities, update documentation, and complete a supervised administrative task
• Review governance documents, attend a change or risk discussion, complete a small improvement project, and present lessons learned with final feedback
