Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist with account and access administration directly and via the Azure cloud.
- Participate in the development, testing, and evaluation of new software applications and systems.
- Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technology.

Skills and Requirements
- Currently enrolled and working toward completion of a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, cloud, AI, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 – Windows 10/11 and the full MS Office 365 suite.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Additional Information
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
- No relocation assistance provided.
- Internship duration: 12 weeks, May 24 – August 13 2027.
- Location: Houston, TX.
