About the role
Join the Materion IT Service Desk to provide telephone, email, and hands-on support to end users on a variety of technical issues. Gain exposure to the infrastructure of a corporate IT department and develop your skills as a professional. This is a part-time role with flexibility to accommodate a college schedule.
Requirements
- College Junior or Senior student enrolled in an information technology program
- At least 6 months of work experience interacting with customers
- Professional telephone skills
- Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Desire to learn and grow with new technology
