Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and configure equipment such as laptops, smart TVs, tablets, printers, and other devices for end users.
- Absorb and resolve IT tickets in an effective and timely manner.
- Assist with physical infrastructure upgrades, including the installation of CAT6 cables and other network hardware.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of IT systems, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Effective communication skills to assist users of varying technical abilities.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation for travel within Coeur d’Alene and Eastern Washington.
- Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure when necessary.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Ability to assist users with Android and iOS devices.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk between construction and office sites for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work with arms raised above the head for extended periods (e.g., running cables or accessing mounted equipment).
- Ability to work effectively and safely on ladders up to 15 feet high.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
