IT Intern

About the role

Fenwick is offering internship opportunities across several areas of the IT Department. Interns will gain broad exposure to enterprise systems, operational workflows, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk & AV Support (New York, NY): Daily service desk operations, troubleshooting, conference room technology, AV support.
• Solutions & Automation (West Coast offices): AI prompting and workflow experimentation, helping teams use generative AI tools responsibly, embedding security and confidentiality controls.
• Cybersecurity (Silicon Valley, CA): Alert monitoring, incident response activities, and verification tasks.
• Technical Training (Silicon Valley, CA): Assisting with digital learning projects and content creation for internal training resources.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in IT support, cybersecurity, or AI-related technology.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a professional environment.

Pay

$21 - $25 per hour.

Duration

Through Summer 2026.
