Responsibilities

• Learn and develop skills in information technology, including networking, application delivery or development, and best practices in managing technology.
• Develop skills to effectively communicate with IT professionals specializing in infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Assist staff in performing system maintenance functions.
• Participate in IT Asset Lifecycle Management by replacing desktop equipment monthly.
• Assist in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Perform special projects as needed and determined by the manager.
• Develop planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Build interpersonal skills to communicate with employees and business contacts through follow-up calls.
• Demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding service to employees.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to change priorities, stay organized, and have fun.
