Job Type: Intern Seasonal: Fall Workplace Type: Hybrid Required to be in office during training period Office Location: Gaithersburg, MD FLSA Status: Non-Exempt What You Will Do Enhancement of an early-stage SharePoint based, AI Agent – including program governance and creation of end user – instructions / guidesRefurbish used computers and servers for future use, reconfigure video distribution systemImaging laptops for initial useSoftware Process Alignment testing Computer entry support for projects Inventory IT stockroomHandle some end-user break/fix problemsManage and report on any assigned projectsOther duties as assigned What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in IT and/or interested in the fieldMinimum 1-2 years of experience preferred, general IT knowledge MS Power Platform experience very helpfulFamiliar with computer hardware and software, technically savvyEnergetic, positive can-do attitude, self-motivated, takes initiative to problem solveExcellent client service and communication skillsDetail-oriented, high sense of urgency, minimal supervision neededIT career-oriented Physical Requirements Sitting for extended periods of timeAbility to work in standard office environmentAble to lift 40lbs We Offer Excellent pay Great and supportive work environmentProfessional training and growthGenerous educational assistance programRecognition and outstanding co-workers!
