About the role
The IT Infrastructure and Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure and support services within an organization. This includes managing hardware and software systems, ensuring network stability, and providing technical support to users.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and management of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other IT staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and support of IT equipment and services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining complex IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, server administration, and cloud computing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, VMware, Cisco, and Linux.
- Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) methodologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
