About the role
The IT Infrastructure and Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure and support services within the organization. This includes managing hardware and software systems, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to all departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of all company hardware and software systems.
- Manage and maintain data security protocols to protect company data from breaches.
- Provide technical support to all departments, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to safeguard against system failures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining data security systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using IT management tools and software.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms.
- Knowledge of network administration and server management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
