IT Infrastructure Analyst

About the Role

Contracted resources will perform administrative and operational support functions under the direction of ATSS administrators and leadership, focusing on IT infrastructure analysis, process optimization, and support services.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration, backups, firmware updates, and software updates on servers, network devices, and software.
• Create backup configuration files and handle software installation and documentation.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, servers, client applications, and application-specific workstations.
• Serve as the point of contact for dedicated systems, servers, applications, and software.
• Collaborate with CP&M departments to create SOPs and process documents.
• Manage asset lifecycle, including configuration, deployment, procurement, inventory, decommissioning, and disposal.
• Submit and track move, add, and change requests; perform recurring maintenance activities.
• Execute documentation audits, maintain operational records, and track tasks.
• Provide Tier 1 application support, ticket triage, and escalate issues to appropriate technical resources.
• Support preventative maintenance, compliance-related activities, and process improvement efforts.
• Contribute to knowledge management, cross-training, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Analyze, define, and document process workflows through user interviews and workshops.
• Participate in developing future business processes for new products/services.
• Examine processes holistically to assess impacts on people, strategy, systems, and operations.
• Generate reports with recommended improvements to business processes and operational procedures.
• Assist in building business cases for process or system changes and provide input for change management.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ServiceNow requests and intake processes.
• Familiarity with Infoblox and asset management.
• General networking and systems administration knowledge.

Pay

$75,000–$85,000 a year.
