Responsibilities
- Oversee workload and process improvements using established PMO tools.
- Effectively allocate resources to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure team members have the skills and development opportunities needed to succeed.
- Conduct ongoing performance management, goal setting, and coaching to support both individual and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five to ten years of experience supporting Human Resource Information Systems, including prior experience managing a Human Resource Information Systems team.
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred.
