Responsibilities

• Distributes and tracks email and data security policy
• Answers all Help Desk calls
• Assists Communication Systems Support Specialist in any special projects related to phones, faxes, copy machines, etc.
• Makes all DBS user and Wynne user changes, additions, and deletions
• Evaluates Help Desk software
• Assists in installation of software
• Administers Help Desk software
• Serves as the primary conduit for Help Desk calls and tickets in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team”
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
• 3+ years customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Pay

Starting at $22.00 per hour. Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.
