About the role
Information technology specialists are responsible for maintaining, processing, and troubleshooting military computer systems and operations. This is an initial entry position requiring no prior experience. Enlistment is required and includes pre‑qualifying questions, an interview, an academic test, and a physical. The Army will send you to school to learn the job and earn the necessary certifications.
