Come build with us (company description) – not needed? Might be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is earlier. The "Come build with us" is company description; could be part of "About the role" or maybe separate "About the company". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- About the role: The Opportunity paragraph (description). Could be "About the role". Use
About the role
then with that paragraph.
- Responsibilities: The "What you will do?" list. Use
Responsibilities
then - each duty.
- Requirements: Could be "Required Qualifications". That could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The spec says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. We have both "Required Qualifications" list. Could treat as "Requirements". Also there are some "plus" items. Could also have "Skills" section for specific skills like familiarity with MS Windows, Office, etc. But we should avoid many thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section "Requirements". Or we could have "Qualifications" for the required qualifications and "Skills" for the plus items? But we need to avoid filler.
We have also "How We Support You" which is benefits. So we can have
Benefits
with list.
Pay and Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's "Competitive pay with incentive opportunities" inside benefits but not a specific pay amount. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits we have explicit list, so we can include Benefits. Pay: they mention "Competitive pay with incentive opportunities" but not a specific number or range. That's vague but still mentions pay. However the rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The phrase "Competitive pay with incentive opportunities" is somewhat vague but still states pay exists. Is that considered filler? It's not a specific number but it's a statement about pay. The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state pay (competitive pay). So we could include a Pay section with that statement. However we also have benefits that mention pay as part of benefits. Might be redundant. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine pay into Benefits or just have Benefits and not separate Pay. Since they already have a benefits list that includes "Performance-driven rewards – Competitive pay with incentive opportunities". That is essentially pay info. So we can keep Benefits section and not separate Pay.
Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit Schedule.
Skills: Could be separate but we have many skill items in Required Qualifications. Could put them under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have both Required Qualifications and also some "plus" items that are skills. Might be okay to have a single Requirements section that includes all.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits.
We need to avoid duplication: The "Required Qualifications" list includes some duplicates like "Familiarity with MS Windows, Office, and Microsoft 365" appears twice? Actually we have "Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user/group/email/license administration" and later "Familiarity with MS Windows, Office, and Microsoft 365". Also "Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems". Also "Familiarity with manufacturing processes, MS Windows, Office, and ERPs software is a plus." So we can keep as is.
We need to remove boilerplate: The Equal Opportunity Statement at end, also "Come build with us" paragraph maybe not boilerplate but could be considered company description; but we might include it under About the role? The About the role currently is just the Opportunity paragraph. Could extend to include the "Come build with us" paragraph as part of About the role (company overview). However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short or drop it." The "Come build with us" is not metadata; it's descriptive. Could be part of About the role. But we already have About the role from The Opportunity paragraph. We could combine both into one
maybe two paragraphs. That's fine.
We must not include the Equal Opportunity Statement, or the contact email for accommodation. Also remove any duplicated lines.
Thus final HTML:
