Responsibilities

- Supporting release and change management activities
- Maintenance of operational processes and standard operating procedures
- Ensuring timely resolution of production issues
- Leading operational efforts tied to system implementations or enhancements
- Supporting critical business functions
- On-call and after-hours incident management support
Requirements
- Business/systems analysis or computer systems development experience (5+ years)
- Project management for system implementations or enhancements (5+ years)
- External vendor management (3+ years)
- Incident management on-call availability
- Bachelor's degree in Claims or encounter processing operations management (5+ years)
