IT Generalist, Contract

About the role

As an IT Generalist (Contract), you will help build and maintain enterprise systems, networks, and technologies, reporting to the Head of IT and Security. You will identify and build solutions that impact business processes and workflows, interfacing internally and externally with vendors and consultants to support technology solutions. This role requires on‑site presence five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assess IT support tickets from employees and address IT issues in a timely, professional, and properly prioritized manner.
• Assist with account management, including hardware, software, and application permissions, as well as other general IT/network requests as necessary.
• Work with external IT partners/vendors to coordinate the delivery and return of IT assets.
• Serve as an escalation point for the IT helpdesk support tickets, escalating issues as needed.
• Provide on‑site IT/network support for internal employees when needed.
• Support higher‑level IT and Security initiatives, including implementations, evaluations, and integrations of programs and processes.
