Role Overview: The Manager / Sr. Manager of Global IT Resource Management oversees enterprise IT investment and workforce strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities across regions. Responsibilities include: establishing a unified financial management framework, providing data-driven insights for decision-making, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and developing a global operating model for IT governance. They partner with senior leaders to influence investment priorities, manage risks, optimize costs, and drive continuous process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or equivalent preferred. 12+ years in financial management with leadership experience, managing large budgets, and collaborating with IT and HR functions. Strong analytical, communication, and enterprise financial systems expertise are essential. Experience influencing vendor strategies and working in global environments is advantageous.
