About the role

The Manager / Sr. Manager, Global IT Resource Management is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise IT investment and workforce strategy across regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish a unified global framework for IT financial management, oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and enabling data-driven executive decision-making.
• Lead financial governance, risk management, and performance reporting to optimize IT costs and investments.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence investment priorities, vendor strategies, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and implement global operating models, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and support resource capacity management and workforce alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years in financial management with 7+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing large budgets, partnering with senior leadership, and working within IT environments is essential.
