IT Finance and Resource Management - Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager in Global IT Resource Management to oversee enterprise IT investment and workforce strategy across North America and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern IT financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Lead financial performance management through reporting, variance analysis, and risk mitigation to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage global resource planning and workforce capacity, aligning supply with business demand, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Develop a unified operating model that ensures consistency and transparency across regions, including financial processes and cost allocations.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence investment, vendor strategies, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 12+ years in financial management within large enterprises, with 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and budgets.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and enterprise cost accounting.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication skills, with proficiency in ERP systems.
• Knowledge of global business environments, vendor management, and compliance standards.

Workstyle
