IT Field Technician
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking a skilled, personable, and enthusiastic IT Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, communication equipment, and network services. You will proactively install and configure computer systems, hardware, software, personal computers, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and communication equipment. Support from the IT Senior Field Technician may be provided as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our technology services.
About the role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology and is passionate about helping others succeed. You will work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with 20-40% travel required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, communication equipment, and network services
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, software, personal computers, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and communication equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) to twelve (12) months of related experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
